Coordinate integration of Engine, Transmission, Axle, Hydraulics, Electrical, Steering and Brake systems. Ensure fitment and packaging of all vehicle aggregates. Perform interference and clearance analysis using CAD models. Support prototype vehicle assembly and resolve integration issues. Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Testing, Purchase and Supplier teams. Conduct vehicle-level validation and troubleshoot design concerns. Support APQP, PPAP, DFMEA and Design Reviews. Prepare Engineering Change Notes (ECN/ECR) and release design updates. Validate vehicle performance, NVH, durability and reliability. Ensure compliance with AIS, CMVR and customer requirements. Coordinate new model development (NPD) and existing product improvements. Support root cause analysis using 8D, Why-Why and Fishbone techniques.
