About the role
Key Responsibilities Program and configure DSP processors (QSC, Biamp Nexia, etc.). Configure and program microphones such as Shure and Sennheiser. Develop and modify control system programs using Crestron, Extron, Kramer, or AMX. Perform AV system integration, configuration, testing, and commissioning. Coordinate with installation and project teams for implementation. Troubleshoot AV hardware, software, and control system issues. Work closely with OEM technical teams during project execution. Understand AV signal flow, networking (TCP/IP, AV-over-IP), and automation. Prepare technical documentation and support customized AV solutions. Ensure successful project implementation within timelines.
