About the role
As a Network Management SME / L2 Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting enterprise network environments. Your expertise in Cisco technologies, SDN, routing & switching, wireless, security, and automation will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure - Work extensively on Cisco technologies including SDA, DNAC, WLC, ACI, ISE, and Campus networking - Manage Data, Voice, Wireless, and Firewall technologies - Deploy and troubleshoot Cisco ACI & SDN solutions - Handle Cisco DNAC provisioning, assurance, and automation services - Implement and manage Cisco ISE for secure network access - Configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, VxLAN, AAA, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions - Manage Cisco wireless infrastructure, WLC upgrades, and AP troubleshooting - Support Voice technologies including Cisco Call Manager, Voice Gateways, Unified Communications, and Webex - Monitor network performance and security vulnerabilities - Perform lifecycle management activities including upgrades, patching, and firmware updates - Drive SLA commitments and support BAU network operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, OEMs, and stakeholders for issue resolution and service improvements Required Skills: - Strong expertise in Cisco Networking technologies - Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, SDA, DNAC, WLC, and ISE - Strong knowledge of Routing, Switching, SDN, Network Security, and Automation - Experience in Wireless and Voice technologies - Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills - Ability to work independently and manage client interactions Certifications: - Cisco CCNP (Mandatory) - CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure / Data Center preferred - ITIL Foundation preferred Soft Skills: - Strong communication and presentation skills - Good stakeholder and client management skills - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams As a Network Management SME / L2 Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting enterprise network environments.
