Who are we looking for Designation : Quality Assurance Trainee Experience Range : Till 1 year What is the work Log, track, and manage team-related, in-house, and client project issues using issue-tracking software Understand, analyze, and verify reported issues to ensure accurate documentation Follow and ensure closure of issues within the defined issue lifecycle and timelines Coordinate with internal teams to support project management activities Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting project progress Conduct project and process audits to ensure compliance with defined standards Prepare audit reports and suggest process improvements Provide software usage and process-related training to employees Maintain proper documentation for issues, audits, and trainings Ensure clear and timely communication with stakeholders What skills and experience are we looking for Good communication skills (verbal and written) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Basic understanding of software development and QA concepts Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Willingness to learn project management and quality processes Attention to detail and strong documentation skills Completed bachelor™s degree.
