As a Presales Solution Architect specializing in Collaboration, you will be responsible for providing consulting, analysis, and implementation support for various Collaboration Projects. You will have the opportunity to handle multiple projects and lead a team of engineers, guiding them through project implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Worked with Telepresence & Video Conferencing Technologies and solutions. - Design IPT solutions from pre-sales & post-sales perspectives. - Handle escalations from Voice implementation Team. - Design Bill of Material for IPT based on customer requirements. - Prepare Low-Level & High-Level Documents for implementations. - Implement Cisco Unified Communication Manager 8.5 Cluster on UCS Server. - Implement Cisco Unity Connection 8.5 on UCS Server. - Implement Cisco Unified Communication Manager 7.1. - Integrate Cisco IP Contact Center Express with CUCM. - Implement Cisco Unified Communication Manager Express. - Implement Cisco Unity Express. - Implement Voice Gateways. - Configure 6900, 7900, 9900 Series IP Phones. - Implement Tandberg and Polycom Video Endpoints. - Deploy Cisco Routers and Switches. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of WAN and LAN, QoS. - Excellent client management, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. - Exceptional oral, written, and presentation communication skills. - Possess CCVP / CCIE or Higher Cisco Certification or any other CISCO certification. Technology Expertise Required: - Cisco Call Manager (current and past versions). - Expertise in Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM current and legacy versions). - Hands-on experience with Cisco Unity Connection / Unity Express. - Experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX). - Implementation and troubleshooting of Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR / VG Series). - Knowledge of SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP protocols. - Experience with UCS Server deployments for collaboration solutions. - Configuration and support of Cisco IP Phones (6900, 7900, 8800, 9900 Series). - Experience with Video Conferencing & Telepresence solutions (Cisco, Polycom, Tandberg). - Strong understanding of VoIP architecture and dial plan design. - Knowledge of QoS implementation for voice traffic. - Hands-on exposure to LAN/WAN technologies. - Basic understanding of network security for voice solutions. - Familiarity with Cisco routers and switches configuration. - Ability to create and interpret High-Level Design (HLD) & Low-Level Design (LLD) documents. - Experience in BOM preparation and solution sizing. - Troubleshooting and escalation handling for enterprise voice environments.
