About the role
Job Title: Business Analyst Technical (VisionPLUS) Location: Gurgaon Experience: 5+ Years Job Description: We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with VisionPLUS experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in credit card and payments domain, requirement gathering, business analysis, and VisionPLUS modules. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Work closely with business stakeholders, development, and testing teams. Analyze and support VisionPLUS applications and related payment systems. Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Coordinate UAT, defect management, and production support activities. Ensure successful delivery of enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Hands-on experience with VisionPLUS (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, VMX or related modules). Strong understanding of Cards & Payments domain. Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and stakeholder management. Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and SDLC/Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred: Experience working with banking or financial services clients. Exposure to API integrations and digital payment platforms. Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred.
