Job Summary Synechron is seeking an experienced Java Developer to design, build, test, and maintain robust Java applications. This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business needs, emphasizes clean and efficient code, and keeps pace with advancing Java technologies. The position contributes to reliable backend services, data management, and integration efforts that support organizational objectives.

Software Requirements

Essential Proficiency in Java programming language

Knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts

Familiarity with Java development tools such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, and NetBeans

Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server

Preferred Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and modern Java EE patterns

RESTful API design and microservices

Build tools and version control (e.g., Maven/Gradle, Git)

Experience with performance tuning, data modeling, and database optimization

Overall Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business needs

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java technology

Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions

Collaborate with QA to ensure thorough testing and high-quality releases

Promote sustainable and efficient software development practices
