Oracle PLSQL Developer

Line Role Summary Oracle SQL Developer (3–5 yrs) with strong PL/SQL skills, good exposure to query optimization, and preferred experience in Eagle Data Warehouse or ETL tools We are looking for a skilled Oracle SQL Developer with 3–5 years of experience to design, develop, and optimize database solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, with a good understanding of database performance tuning and exposure to data warehousing or ETL processes. Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities. Optimize SQL queries and database performance for large-scale datasets. Analyze execution plans and identify performance bottlenecks. Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements. Support production issues and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Participate in database design, data modeling, and code reviews. Maintain proper documentation for database processes and changes. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL . Strong expertise in writing complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries, and analytical functions. Good understanding of indexing, partitions, views, and database design concepts. Experience working with large datasets and data manipulation techniques. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (fact/dimension tables). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good to Have Skills Experience in SQL query performance optimization (execution plans, tuning, indexing strategies). Exposure to Eagle Data Warehouse (including Positions View). Experience working with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar). Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Reports). Understanding of financial services or investment domain (preferred but not mandatory). Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Attention to detail with a focus on quality and performance. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Nice to Add Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Exposure to ServiceNow or incident/change management processes.
