Responsibilit i es:Technical Ski lls: 5+ years experience in prompt engineering, NLP, ML product development, or related rol es.Strong practical experience with large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama-family) and prompt desi gn.Proficiency in Python and experience with model inference frameworks (Transformers, LangChain, or simila r).Experience with evaluation frameworks, A/B testing, and metrics for language mode ls.Familiarity with data labeling, annotation workflows, and prompt-based data augmentati on.Solid understanding of ML safety, bias mitigation, and content policy consideratio ns.Excellent written and verbal communication skil ls.
