As a Pr Clinical Programmer at Syneos Health, your role will involve providing application administration and technical support for core business packages such as Medidata Rave, Oracle OC RDC, Oracle Inform, SAS, and supplemental packages. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing primary development tools to design, write, validate, and maintain software - Generating and maintaining documentation for various development efforts - Monitoring applications for alerts, errors, and performance issues - Performing system integrations, updates, and user acceptance testing - Leading development activities for clinical programming projects - Participating in project and departmental review meetings - Providing leadership, mentorship, training, and guidance to other team members - Attending Quick Start Camps (QSCs) in the lead Clinical Programmer role Additional Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred - 8-9 years of experience in clinical programming - End-to-end Clinical Programming experience in Rave or Veeva - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with programming languages such as PL SQL, SAS, C, or VB preferred - Ability to travel up to 25% as necessary Syneos Health is committed to developing its employees through career progression, supportive management, technical training, peer recognition, and total rewards programs.
