About the role
As a Senior HRIS Analyst at Syneos Health, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the Workday environment from the ground up. You will have the opportunity to define best practices, influence strategy, and collaborate with HR and IT partners to build a high-performing Workday team. Your contribution will have a lasting impact as the Workday footprint of the company continues to expand. Core Responsibilities: - Act as the primary support for the Workday Talent & Performance module, managing configuration and driving enhancements - Provide global support for all HRIS applications - Lead and implement HRIS projects of medium to large scope and impact - Collaborate with other departments to identify needs for enhancements, document business requirements, and create project plans - Develop global procedures, user guides, and checklists for functional practitioners - Participate in testing and implementation of system upgrades and new features - Train practitioners, managers, and employees on HRIS functionality - Provide technical support for interface integrations and address error logs - Manage HR data requests, analyze and format data into usable reports - Define and enforce standard HRIS functionality across the organization - Assist with other HR projects and serve as a partner to all HR functional areas Qualifications: - BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, or Information Technology; Advanced degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with demonstrated leadership skills - Experience with Workday Talent & Performance module preferred - Detailed understanding of integration strategy and vendor interfaces - Previous participation in HRIS conversion/implementation projects - Strong analytical, project management, organizational, and communication skills - Ability to learn new tasks quickly, adapt to change, and work independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including advanced data functions in Excel Syneos Health is dedicated to developing its employees through career progression, supportive management, training programs, and total rewards.
