About the role
Key Responsibilities Assist the IT team with day-to-day technical support. Provide basic hardware and software troubleshooting. Support laptop, desktop, printer, and network setup. Assist with user account creation and access management. Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Assist with IT asset inventory and documentation. Support basic network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi, switches, and routers. Assist with cybersecurity awareness and basic security activities. Learn and support backup, monitoring, and IT helpdesk processes. Document technical issues and solutions. Required Skills Basic knowledge of computers and IT systems. Basic understanding of Windows operating systems. Basic knowledge of networking concepts. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to learn new technologies.
