As a Data Engineer at Syngenta, you would support the design and development of data foundations that power our analytics and data science initiatives within Syngentas HR organization. Your role would require you to design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and robust data architectures. You will ensure that the data is of high quality, is accessible and optimized for consumption by data scientists and business analysts Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for HR data science and analytics initiatives.Develop ETL/ELT processes to integrate data across multiple HR platforms such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, Payroll etc.Implement data transformation logic to support analytics and machine learning modelsEnsure data pipeline reliability, performance, and monitoringData Science Project SupportImplement data preprocessing workflows for machine learning initiativesBuild features and maintain ongoing refresh processes for HR data science modelsBuild automated data validation and quality checks for model inputsDevelop and manage custom API integrations for model deployment.
