Technical Consultant - CRM/MS Dynamics The role of a D365 CRM Technical Consultant involves a range of responsibilities that are critical for the successful implementation and management of CRM solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role: Design and Implement Solutions : Create customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet client business requirements. Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. System Configuration : Perform system configurations, customizations, and extensions using Power Platform tools. Integration : Develop and implement CRM integrations with other systems using Azure services, APIs, and middleware. Documentation : Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and provide technical documentation. Support : Support data migration activities and assist with deployment across environments. Client Engagement : Participate in client workshops, technical design sessions, and support activities. To be successful in this role, candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate are highly desirable
