Provide Level 2 / 3 technical support for escalated issues across servers,applications,and networks. Work on rotational shifts to deliver effective 24x7 operational support. Experience with Windows / Linux servers and virtualization technologies. Understanding of compliance practices: patching,access control,log retention,CIS benchmarks. .
