About the role
As a UI/UX Designer at Syntellite Innovations Private Limited, a forward-thinking technology startup based in Bengaluru, India, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our custom software development, SaaS solutions, and digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Independently creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications. - Designing clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces that align with product goals and brand guidelines. - Taking ownership of UI/UX decisions while incorporating feedback from mentors and stakeholders. - Collaborating closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation. - Maintaining and evolving the design system, UI components, and reusable assets. - Actively participating in brainstorming and product discussions, contributing creative design solutions. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proficiency in Figma. - Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design approaches. - Strong creativity, visual aesthetics, and attention to detail. - Knowledge of usability testing, interaction design, and user flows is a plus. - A portfolio showcasing UI/UX work is highly preferred. Additionally, this role provides leadership experience as you will be managing projects and 2 - 3 interns.
