About the internship: As a QA Testing intern at Syntrigen Tech, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Manual Testing, Test Case Design, Bug Tracking, and more. Your attention to detail and effective communication skills will be crucial as you work closely with our team to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. Additionally, you will have the chance to develop your skills in Client Relationship Management (CRM), Human Resource Information System (HRIS), and Marketing Campaigns. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in the design and execution of test cases to identify software defects. 2. Track and report bugs using designated tools and platforms. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on testing processes and results. 4. Engage with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues. 5. Support HRIS implementation and maintenance efforts. 6. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns. 7. Explore opportunities for automation in testing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
