Senior BI Developer (Databricks)

Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and independent Senior Power BI Developer with 8+ years of experience in Power BI, SQL, and Databricks. The ideal candidate should be capable of owning end-to-end BI and data engineering deliverables with minimal supervision, working closely with business stakeholders, and supporting data transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Create and optimize data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations. Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines. Work on Databricks-based data engineering, data transformation, and integration activities. Own end-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics solutions from requirements gathering to deployment. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements. Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices. Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements to existing solutions. Coordinate deployments and support post-implementation activities. Required Skills 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. Strong expertise in Power BI, including: Dashboard Development Data Modeling DAX Power Query Advanced SQL development and database querying skills. Hands-on experience with Databricks for data engineering and transformation. Experience in end-to-end solution ownership and delivery. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
