Job Title: Blue Prism RPA Developer / Analyst Location: Pune | Mumbai | Indore | Chennai | Kolkata | Bangalore Experience: 68 Years About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Blue Prism RPA Developer/Analyst to join our Intelligent Automation team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade automation solutions using Blue Prism. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, build scalable bots, and deliver reliable, high-quality RPA solutions that improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation. - Prepare Solution Design Documents (SDDs) based on business and technical requirements. - Design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions using Blue Prism. - Build reusable Visual Business Objects (VBOs) that can be leveraged across multiple automation projects. - Develop end-to-end process workflows using Process Studio and integrate with enterprise applications. - Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution to ensure robust automation solutions. - Conduct self and peer code reviews while adhering to coding standards and best practices. - Create comprehensive technical documentation for deployment, support, and maintenance. - Deploy and schedule bots across QA, UAT, and Production environments using Blue Prism Control Room. - Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure smooth operations. - Optimize existing automation processes for improved efficiency, scalability, and reliability. - Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Mentor junior developers, share technical knowledge, and promote RPA best practices across the team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end automation initiatives. Required Skills: Mandatory: - 6-8 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation. - Hands-on experience in RPA process discovery, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. - Strong knowledge of Blue Prism Process Studio, Object Studio, Control Room, and Application Modeler. - Experience developing reusable Visual Business Objects (VBOs). - Expertise in Work Queues, queue management, workload distribution, and Multi-Bot architecture. - Strong understanding of exception handling, retry mechanisms, workplace variables, and efficient stage utilization. - Experience integrating Blue Prism with Browser, Windows, Citrix, and Mainframe applications. - Knowledge of credential management and secure handling of user authentication. - Experience deploying, scheduling, monitoring, and managing bots across multiple environments. - Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle Database. - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience working with enterprise-scale automation programs. - Ability to integrate Blue Prism with external systems and diverse technologies. - Exposure to production support and bot performance optimization. - Experience mentoring team members and conducting technical reviews. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
