Full-Time Positions SmartCOMM Developer Location: PAN-India (Client Location) Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years overall experience in SmartCOMM Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are actively hiring SmartCOMM Developers with strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying SmartCOMM applications. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise with SmartCOMM modules such as Advanced Template Designer (ATD) and Data Modeler , and have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will be responsible for building robust, efficient, and maintainable communication solutions that align with business objectives and integration needs. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop applications using SmartCOMM modules – Advanced Template Designer (ATD) and Data Modeler . Participate in all phases of the SDLC including design, coding, testing, and deployment. Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards. Create and implement test plans to validate application functionality and performance. Maintain detailed and accurate technical documentation. Contribute to project estimation, task breakdown, and effort forecasting. Oversee the deployment of software components across non-production and production environments. Identify opportunities for application improvement and optimization in cost, efficiency, and performance. Collaborate with business system owners and stakeholders to refine requirements and provide technical guidance. Essential Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience working with SmartCOMM (Thunderhead) platform. Strong knowledge of the SmartCOMM suite of products , including: Advanced Template Designer (Business Content Studio, Admin) Data Modeler (Business Object Studio) Review Now, Interview Now, and Dashboard Experience configuring and deploying SmartCOMM applications in Cloud or Hybrid environments . Strong understanding of SmartCOMM APIs , XML schema creation, and mapping to business data objects. Experience integrating SmartCOMM with Guidewire or other upstream/external systems is a plus. Hands-on experience designing and developing multi-channel communications (Print, Web/HTML, Email, Archive, SMS, Fax). Proficiency in creating Static Layouts for Print and Responsive Layouts for Web . Experience preparing Simple, Scriptable Batch Configurations , Template Selectors, and Output Configurations for post-processing. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
