About the role
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field work, solving technical problems, and interacting with customers. Key Responsibilities - Installation and configuration of: - IP Cameras and CCTV Systems - NVRs, DVRs, and Video Management Systems - Routers, Switches, and Firewalls - Wi-Fi Access Points - Structured Cabling and Network Racks - Diagnose and resolve: - Network connectivity issues - CCTV camera faults - Internet and Wi-Fi problems - Hardware failures - Perform preventive maintenance visits. - Coordinate with remote support engineers for issue resolution. - Prepare site reports and service documentation. - Follow company SOPs and escalation procedures. Required Skills Must Have - Basic Networking Knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) - CCTV Installation & Troubleshooting - Cat6 Cable Crimping & Testing - Router & Switch Configuration - Basic Computer Hardware Knowledge This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field work, solving technical problems, and interacting with customers.
