BPM Lead Developer Consultant - Business Process

Position responsibilities:

• Complete BPM analysis, requirements definition, design, development and other implementation activities such as training.

-To architect Process, Reporting and Analytics solutions

-To undertake business analyst duties such as requirements gathering, process design, writing specs and general analysis.

• Assist with Presales as required

• Assist on Support Desk as required

• Active contribution to the wider Team

The candidate will have:

• Excellent business knowledge

• Some consulting experience preferred, though not essential if you can demonstrate capability

• Enjoy dealing with clients face to face

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• An understanding of the full software development life cycle

• Knowledge and experience with VB development

• Deep experience with Microsoft Technologies

• Strong OO knowledge

• Strong skills in C# and ASP.Net

• Experience developing class libraries (dlls)

• Experience delivering integrated solutions, interfacing with multiple applications and databases.

• The ability to share knowledge and experience with others

• Good understanding of business processes and IT trends

• Ability to identify, handle or escalate critical client concerns

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients

• Ability to work unassisted
