About the role

Business Analysis and functional system design, with a strong emphasis on end-customer/business experience and end-customer value
Develop functional specifications using a variety of techniques including use cases, user personals & stories, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, scenarios, task and workflow analysis
Creation of graphical diagrams for business processes to be performed by the future systems (for communication between non-technical users and developers, as well as future product documentation)
Work collaboratively and continuously with designers, developers, UI designers and testers in join application design activities to expedite development and improve quality
Assist in development of system documentation and training materials, and training internal staff and end users on the evolving application
Software quality assurance testing
Contribute to development and implementation of the software development lifecycle
Work with team leads to set priorities, and ensure timely deliveries in line with assigned due dates
