Java Developer with Ruby-on-Rails

Excellent hands-on skills with Ruby on Rails (Preferably Rails 3.0+)

Knowledge and experience in relational databases preferably MySQL

Experience in Performance Tuning and Benchmarking

Good experience with Javascript/Ajax/Jquery coding skills

Good understanding of web standards, CSS-based design, cross-browser compatibility

Good understanding of web technologies and familiarity with Unix/Linux

Exposure of TDD/BDD is a plus

Able to handle a team and take the responsibility for the deliverables and releases

Ability to work under deadlines ensuring good quality Personal

Good verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to details

Minimum 4+ year of professional experience
