Excellent communication skills

• Atleast 4+ years of experience using the tool Loadrunner for performance testing
• Create performance test strategy, prepare scripts, execute scripts and report issues.
• Work with stakeholders to demonstrate, debug and resolve issues.
• Thorough knowledge test methods and processes. Hands-on experience in LoadRunner Test Execution & Scripting Knowledge in writing SQL Queries Knowledge in XML Knowledge in Java(prefered) Must be able to work independently, be organized and self-motivated
