Senior QA Tester (RXT - 58)

Primary skills: FIX protocol / trading and STRONG API Testing

Lead QA Analyst with 5-7 years of experience in the finance industry ( commodities/exchange trading environment a plus )

• Understand and advocate for Agile & Behaviour-Driven Development(BDD) best practices for QA (is a must )
• Writing scenario outlines and or feature files using BDD methodology
• Assists team and Product Owner with defining and documenting acceptance criteria
• Highly analytical, proactive ( ability to think outside the box ) and detail oriented
• Excellent understanding of FIX protocol (preferably FIXML)
• Strong API testing experience using Sonic JMS / IBM MQ / HTTP
• Knowledge on test and defect management tools ( Quality Center, Jira )
• Strong knowledge of SQL and able to write queries to verify data in Oracle DB
