Full Stack Product Developers

Job Summary:

This is not a typical SaaS engineering role. You will build software that directly interacts with physical infrastructure — sensors, gateways, chillers, air handling units, and the digital twins that model them.

Your code will optimize real energy consumption, detect real equipment faults, and provide real intelligence to facility operators.

Responsibilities

• Digital Twin Interfaces:

• Visualize and interact with live 3D/2D building digital twins in the browser

• Build APIs that serve twin state, alerts, and asset data to front-end and external systems

• Develop twin synchronization services that keep the virtual model aligned with physical reality

• Real-time Dashboards:

• Facility operations views: energy KPIs, IAQ metrics, asset health, fault alerts

• Configurable, role-based interfaces for facility managers and energy teams

• Backend Services:

• Device data ingestion and normalization pipelines

• Time-series processing, aggregation, and analytics

• Optimization and fault detection logic

• Integrations:

• IoT gateways, BMS connectors, data stream processors

• DevOps & Platform:

• CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, automated testing

• Experience:

• Python — primary backend language:

• Data pipelines, analytics services, optimization algorithms, and AI/ML integration

• Familiarity with FastAPI, Pandas, NumPy, and scientific Python stack

• React / TypeScript — primary frontend stack:

• Component-driven UI development, state management (Redux / Zustand), data visualization

• Experience building real-time dashboards with WebSocket or SSE data feeds

• AI & Machine Learning:

• Integrating AI/ML models into production applications: inference APIs, prediction services

• Working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude) or frameworks like LangChain

• Building AI-augmented features: natural language queries over facility data, automated anomaly summaries, predictive alerts

• Backend: REST APIs, microservices, data pipelines

• Databases: SQL + time-series (InfluxDB, TimescaleDB) preferred

• Digital Twin Awareness (or eagerness to develop it):

• Understanding of asset modelling, graph data structures, or BIM concepts is a strong plus

• Experience with 3D visualization (Three.js, BabylonJS, or similar) is highly valued

• Comfortable with or willing to develop: Docker, CI/CD, cloud or on-prem deployments

• Strong emphasis on automated testing and system reliability
