About the role
Job Summary:
Client is undertaking a full-blown HRSD ServiceNow implementation, including HR portal, case management, knowledge management, integrations, and document management, replacing an old case management system.
The new position is an architect-level role, complementing System Integrators implementation work, focusing on reviewing work, identifying gaps, assisting with testing, and challenging requirements for an end-to-end HRSD ServiceNow implementation.
Resource needs experience with multiple end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD implementations, hands-on experience with ServiceNow service delivery, deep understanding of HRSD capabilities (configuration, flow designer, security, routing), and stakeholder collaboration
