Network Administrator III

We are looking for a Network Administrator III to be primarily based onsite at the Global Technology Centre in Pune India to be responsible for implementation, configuration, and support of internal and/or external networks and its infrastructure (i-e routers, switches, firewalls, etc-)- You will work closely with the Info-Security Team and Systems Administrators with the overall performance and availability of our Global Network (24x7) and provide support and guidance with all Network related infrastructure issues- In addition you will also work closely with our Systems Administration and Applications Teams relating to Cloud based Network configuration and strategy- Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Requires 5-10 years related professional IT experience supporting an enterprise network Must have knowledge of networking, systems installation and maintenance Must possess communication skills to exchange information and resolve problems with clients/users/vendors Experience with Cisco routers and switches Experience with Loadbalancers- Preferably Forti-ADC Experience with Cisco/Meraki wireless access points, wireless controllers and management Microsoft Azure Cloud Experience Experience with Fortigate firewalls and products- Experience with Azure networking and cloud related infrastructure Thorough knowledge of routing protocols and application delivery- Experience with fibre channel is a plus, but not essential CCNA/CCNP/Azure certifications are a plus, but not essential Initiative and follow through Ability to work independently Strong Interpersonal Skills Required Education/Experience : Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment- Knowledge and hands on experience with next generation firewalls, SSL and IPSec VPN, intrusion detection systems and two factor authentication- On-call support as required- Self-motivated and directed Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals- Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures- Strong attention to detail and follow up Preferred Education/Experience : Degree in Computer Engineering or related field (Preferred) Certification related to Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure (Preferred) CCNA Certified (Preferred) 10 Years IT Related Experience Required Special Skills or Competencies : Include special skills required to complete the responsibilities- Microsoft Azure cloud environment Infoblox Fortinet related products Splunk related products iBoss Cisco Network Switches and Routers Cisco ISE, TACACS Cisco Meraki Network LoadBalancers, Forti-ADC Preferred but not essential- Preferred Special Skills or Competencies : Solarwinds & Logic Monitor, Cisco Thousand Eyes related products Cisco ISRs, ASR and SD-WAN VMware related products Microsoft Entra related products Microsoft Active Directory, Domain Controllers- Automation Tools such as Ansible / Teraform- Work Environment : The Network Administrator III will generally be office based at the Global Technology Centre Pune India, but working from home is also acceptable- There may be a requirement to travel internationally and work at our Data Centers or corporate offices- Physical Demands : The Network Administrator III will be required to attend any of our Data Centres when required which may involve international travel- The role will also require some lifting of Network Hardware and installing into Racks when required- Travel : The Network Administrator III will be required to travel to any of our Data Centers, Offices or other locations when required, which would sometimes mean international travel-
