Resident Engineer (S & T)

You will be working as a Resident Engineer (S&T) for the PMC of Kavach in Bina-Itarsi-Jujharpur section, BPL-SHRN section, and UP and DN flyover track from Jujharpur to Powarkheda of Bhopal Division, West Central Railway in Madhya Pradesh. Your main responsibilities will include: - Supervising and managing on-site engineering activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. - Coordinating with project stakeholders, such as contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate smooth project execution. - Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain project timelines and quality. - Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. - Providing technical guidance and support to the project team and other stakeholders. - Preparing and presenting progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates to the project manager and clients. - Ensuring all engineering works are completed within budget and on schedule. In terms of qualifications, it is essential to have a Diploma in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. A Graduate degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a Degree/Diploma in Project Management/Construction Management is preferred. Additionally, having at least 10 years of professional experience for Graduate Engineers or 15 years for Diploma Engineers is required. Relevant experience of at least 3 years in the Gazette Cadre of S&T department in Railways or equivalent roles in organizations like RVNL/RITES/IRCON is necessary. Alternatively, having 5 years as In-charge or one level below in signaling construction projects is also acceptable.
