We are looking for a skilled IT Manager and Business Development professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to lead our team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology infrastructure management, business development, and team handling. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the company's technology infrastructure and systems. Collaborate with video editors, web developers, and SEO specialists to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance. Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth. Lead a cross-functional team to achieve project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including Upwork and other freelancing platforms. Create compelling proposals and bid on relevant projects to secure new clients and projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring timely completion of projects. Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources for both technology infrastructure and business development activities. Monitor expenses related to video editing, web development, SEO, and business development, making recommendations for cost-saving measures. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in IT management roles, preferably with hands-on experience in video editing, web development, SEO, and business development. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security. Proficiency in video editing software, web development languages, SEO techniques, and digital marketing strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
