MEP Manager

We are looking for a skilled MEP Manager with 10 years of experience to lead our team in designing and implementing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for a healthcare industry in Mumbai. Roles and Responsibility Prepare engineering design briefs and oversee the design development from concept to construction. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure timely project completion. Interview and select subordinates, providing guidance and mentorship. Ensure quality and accuracy in MEP design and coordinate with junior engineers and draughtsmen. Manage budgets and prepare bills of quantities (BOQ). Liaise with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP management, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of REVIT and experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with strong problem-solving skills.
