Structural Design Engineer

As a Structural Design Engineer with 10+ years of experience in the Core Real Estate industry, your primary role will involve the following responsibilities: - Structural Design & inter-disciplinary coordination - Value engineering - Reviewing Consultant's designs and suggesting cost-saving options/changes - Coordinating with the costing team for budget purposes - Ensuring queries from the site team are addressed promptly - Preparation of BOQ in-house or reviewing BOQ prepared by consultants - Reviewing structural DBRs, analysis & design models, and drawings submitted by consultants Your competency should include: - Knowledge of software such as Etabs, SAFE, STAAD, and AutoCAD - Sound knowledge of structural engineering and code provisions Please note that experience in G+20 structures is a mandatory requirement for this role. The job locations available are Noida, Bangalore, and Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 10 to 20 years of experience in the field.
