Systems Reliability Engineer

Requirements: 3-6 years of experience in SRE, software engineering, or technical operationswith a software development foundation.Experience across multiple enterprise SaaS or platform domainsyou are comfortable switching contexts between different systems and technology stacks.Demonstrated ability to write code for automation, tooling, or integrationnot just run scripts others wrote.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across multi-system integration failures.Experience working with REST APIs, JSON/XML data formats, and integration monitoring.Excellent written communication skills for runbook authoring and incident documentation.Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalents) to accelerate engineering work, including writing automation, building AI agents for incident triage and runbook execution, and generating and maintaining documentation. .
