Working Days: 5 (Rotational Shift) Role & Responsibilities: It is a blended process of voice, chat, and through the web, and agents are required to provide resolution through this medium. To get positive reviews from customers. Be able to achieve sales targets for designated products every month. Maintained minimum benchmark specified by the Quality Department. Good English language skills, both written and verbal. This role requires a person to provide technical assistance to Stellar customers across the globe on Stellar software products. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any field. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. A keen eye for attention to detail. Self-motivated and willing to learn. Ready to work in a dynamic, quick-paced start-up environment.
