RPA Developer Job Title: RPA Developer Experience Required: 4 to 6 Years Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automating business processes using RPA tools, experience with Power Automate and Power Apps, and a good understanding of scripting languages. Additionally, experience with Python will be a significant advantage. The candidate should be proactive, communicative, and comfortable interacting with customers. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA tools, with a focus on Power Automate and Power Apps. • Analyze and understand existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation. • Work with business stakeholders to gather and document automation requirements. • Build and deploy RPA bots to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. • Troubleshoot and maintain automation solutions to ensure smooth operation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Perform testing and debugging to validate automated workflows. • Provide ongoing support and enhancement to existing automation solutions. • Engage with customers and provide technical insights, ensuring the delivery of high-quality automation solutions. Required Qualifications: • Key Skills & Experience: • 4+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development • Strong expertise in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Queues, Assets, Schedulers) • Good working knowledge of Power Automate Desktop • Experience in developing attended and unattended automations • Strong understanding of exception handling, logging, and retry mechanisms • Experience with REFramework and best practices in UiPath • Ability to analyse business processes and convert them into automation workflows • Hands-on experience with Excel, PDFs, emails, web applications, and APIs • Knowledge of credential management and security best practices • Experience in deployment, monitoring, and support of bots in production • Good communication skills and ability to work independently with stakeholders • Nice to Have: • Exposure to AnyDesk / remote desktop setups for unattended bots • Basic scripting knowledge (Python / PowerShell) is an added advantage
