Role: Lead Salesforce developer Location: Remote Full Time Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Lead Salesforce Developer with 8 to 10 years of solid development experience. In this role, you will be the primary technical engine for our Salesforce teamwriting high-performance code, leading the development of mobile and web interfaces, and ensuring technical execution matches business requirements. The ideal candidate is an expert coder who loves staying in the technical weeds while guiding other developers. You must have deep expertise in LWC and Salesforce Mobile, combined with a solid understanding of Field Service (FSL) and Manufacturing Cloud processes. Key Responsibilities Core Development & Coding Advanced LWC: Write clean, optimized, and reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript for highly customized user interfaces. Backend Apex: Develop robust backend logic using Apex (Triggers, Batch jobs, Queueables, and Integrations) keeping Salesforce governor limits in mind. Mobile App Customization: Build and optimize configurations for the Salesforce Mobile App and Field Service Mobile App, specifically handling offline data access, page layouts, and mobile flows. Implementation & Integration FSL & Manufacturing: Hands-on configuration and customization of Field Service (FSL) features (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Mobile tracking) and Manufacturing Cloud features (Sales Agreements, Account Forecasting). API Development: Build and maintain secure REST/SOAP integrations to connect Salesforce with external systems (ERPs, databases). Team Leadership & Code Quality Serve as the go-to technical expert for the development team, unblocking technical issues and writing foundational code patterns. Conduct strict code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance. Manage the deployment pipeline (CI/CD) using tools like Salesforce CLI, Git, or Copado.
