Reltio MDM Developer

Job Title: Reltio MDM Developer Experience: 8-15 Years Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune / Chennai / Remote (as applicable) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Reltio MDM Developer with hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Reltio platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in data modeling, match & merge rules, survivorship, integrations, APIs, and cloud technologies while working closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable MDM solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Master Data Management solutions using the Reltio MDM Platform . Configure entities, attributes, relationships, crosswalks, match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and reference data. Develop and maintain Reltio data models and workflows. Build integrations using Reltio REST APIs , Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), and ETL tools. Develop inbound and outbound data integration pipelines. Perform data quality validations, cleansing, standardization, and enrichment. Configure Data Validation Functions (DVFs), workflows, and business rules. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance. Collaborate with Data Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Data Stewards. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release activities. Create technical documentation and support production deployments. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM). 3+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM . Strong expertise in: Reltio Data Model Configuration Match & Merge Rules Survivorship Rules Crosswalks Data Quality & Validation Hierarchies Reference Data Management Experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) . Strong knowledge of REST APIs , JSON , and SQL . Experience with ETL/ELT tools. Knowledge of AWS , Azure , or GCP cloud platforms. Experience with Git , Jira , and Agile methodologies. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Snowflake , AWS Glue , Kafka, or Python. Knowledge of Customer, Product, Vendor, Supplier, or Location Master Data domains. Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Retail, or Financial Services. Reltio Certification is a plus. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Reltio MDM or Cloud technologies are preferred. Good to Have Informatica MDM or other MDM platform experience. Data Governance knowledge. Experience with Snowflake or Databricks. Python scripting experience. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
