Growth Product Manager (EdTech Startup)

Industry: E-Learning / EdTech Startup About the Role Were looking for a high-ownership Product Manager to build and scale consumer-facing learning products used by thousands of learners. Youll work closely with engineering, design, content, and growth teams to ship impactful features that improve learning outcomes and engagement. This role is ideal for someone who graduated from a top-tier engineering institute and has hands-on experience building B2C digital products in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery PRD delivery iterationTranslate learner problems into clear product requirements and user storiesCollaborate with engineering, design, and content teams to ship high-quality featuresDrive consumer metrics like activation, engagement, retention, and learning outcomesUse data, user research, and experiments to inform product decisionsPrioritize roadmap items balancing user impact, business goals, and tech feasibilityContinuously improve user experience across mobile and web platformsMust-Have Qualifications 23 years of experience as a Product Manager / Associate PMGraduate from a top-tier engineering institute (IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS, or equivalent)Prior experience building consumer-facing (B2C) digital productsStrong understanding of product discovery, user journeys, and UX fundamentalsExperience writing PRDs, user stories, and working in Agile/Scrum teamsData-driven mindset with exposure to product analytics and experimentationGood to Have Prior experience in EdTech / Learning platforms / Subscription productsExposure to growth experiments, funnels, and engagement metricsBasic understanding of front-end/back-end conceptsExperience working in a startup or fast-scaling product team .
