About the job Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare, compile, and validate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports tracking critical operational business metrics and KPIs. 2. Identify automation and process improvement opportunities; design and execute programmatic automation scripts to seamlessly combine raw multi-departmental inputs, eliminating manual work and reporting bottlenecks. 3. Develop, optimize, and structure high-quality, interactive Power BI dashboards to track performance metrics and support strategic planning. 4. Aggregate, cleanse, and run rigorous schema validations on large datasets from multiple departments to eliminate anomalies and duplicate entries. 5. Maintain strict confidentiality, corporate compliance, and data governance standards across all analytical pipelines. Prior exposure to or familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable.
