Sales Operations – Cybersecurity Division

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer engagement, and process optimization. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue, supporting clients, and ensuring seamless internal coordination in a fast-paced, high-stakes industry. Key Responsibilities Engage with inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to generate qualified opportunities Understand and articulate cybersecurity solutions to prospect clients Schedule demos, follow up on proposals, and support the sales team. Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline metrics Collaborate with marketing team. Coordinate with pre-sales engineers, legal, and finance to streamline quote-to-cash processes Manage order processing, contract documentation, and renewals Track and generate sales performance reports Support compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR) in sales documentation. Assist in onboarding new partners and resellers

Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field 2–4 years of experience in inside sales or operations, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and terminology (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, phishing, zero trust) Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting channel sales or MSSP models Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance and procurement processes Certifications like CompTIA Security+, CISSP (a plus, not required)
