Role Summary: Lead technology innovation for specialty paper products used in power and electrical insulation. Drive new product development, process enhancement, and technology modernization. Key Responsibilities Lead R&D, product development, and process optimization initiativesEvaluate and implement new technologies, materials, and automationWork closely with customers to understand technical requirementsImprove product performance, reliability, and cost efficiencyBuild a culture of innovation and technical excellenceQualifications & Experience B.E./B.Tech in Paper Technology / Chemical Engineering; M.Tech preferred1015 years of experience in product/process technology rolesStrong exposure to specialty paper, pulp & paper, or related industriesProven track record in innovation, trials, and technology deploymentCompensation: Negotiable Place of posting: Plant .
