Talent500 is hiring for one of its clients. Job Description: As a UAT Specialist at Rhone you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all testing for changes to our systems (NetSuite, Boomi, True Commerce, Centric, Shopify) that impact NetSuite are complete and accurate. You also will be coordinating with our multiple Rhone teams to ensure UAT scenarios are created in staging environments and pushed to and from NetSuite. In addition to changes that impact Netsuite, the UAT Specialist will also play a critical role in supporting day to day operations of the Digital Product Roadmap, ensuring new UI/UX features and enhancements are validated before release. This role partners closely with Digital Product, Digital Development and Design to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Estimating 5-10 hours work Key Responsibilities: Testing Strategy & Planning: Develop UAT scope, test strategy, test plans, and test schedule aligned with project timelines. Identify and document test scenarios and test cases that reflect real-world business use. Execution & Documentation: Execute UAT test cases, scripts, and scenarios manually and/or through automation tools (if applicable). Document test results, defects, and issues clearly, including expected vs. actual outcomes. Track defects from discovery through resolution and retesting, ensuring timely closure. Stakeholder & Project Support: Facilitate UAT kickoff sessions, training, and coordination with end users. Support business users during testing, answering questions and clarifying requirements. Participate in project meetings, standups, and release discussions to provide UAT progress updates. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Validate solution readiness prior to go-live by confirming functionality, usability, and performance meet acceptance criteria. Provide go/no-go recommendations based on test results and risk assessment. Identify process improvements to streamline future releases and UAT cycles. Qualifications: Required: In depth knowledge of NetSuite (all objects, script and workflow functions) Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–5+ years of experience in UAT testing, business analysis, or quality assurance. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and defect management. Experience writing test cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria. Preferred: Experience with Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Jira Key Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation discipline. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
