Assistant IT Manager

As an Assistant IT Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading technology operations across our restaurants and offices. Your role will involve managing various aspects such as POS systems, cloud services, ensuring uptime, security, and providing seamless guest experiences. Role Overview: You will oversee IT operations, budgets, and vendor management across multiple sites. Your key responsibilities will include managing the restaurant tech stack which includes POS, payments, KDS, printers, Wi-Fi, and integrations. Additionally, you will handle inventory & costing systems for recipes, stock, and ERP sync. It will be crucial for you to ensure uptime & SLAs, lead L1/L2 support, and manage critical incident responses. Driving IT security, data protection, and compliance will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be in charge of delivering new store openings and tech rollouts on time and within budget. Collaboration with Operations, Finance, and HR to align tech with business goals will be essential.
