As an Assistant IT Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading technology operations across our restaurants and offices. Your role will involve managing various aspects such as POS systems, cloud services, ensuring uptime, security, and providing seamless guest experiences. Role Overview: You will oversee IT operations, budgets, and vendor management across multiple sites. Your key responsibilities will include managing the restaurant tech stack which includes POS, payments, KDS, printers, Wi-Fi, and integrations. Additionally, you will handle inventory & costing systems for recipes, stock, and ERP sync. It will be crucial for you to ensure uptime & SLAs, lead L1/L2 support, and manage critical incident responses. Driving IT security, data protection, and compliance will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be in charge of delivering new store openings and tech rollouts on time and within budget. Collaboration with Operations, Finance, and HR to align tech with business goals will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee IT operations, budgets, and vendor management across multiple sites - Manage restaurant tech stack: POS, payments, KDS, printers, Wi-Fi, and integrations - Handle inventory & costing systems for recipes, stock, and ERP sync - Ensure uptime & SLAs; lead L1/L2 support and critical incident response - Drive IT security, data protection, and compliance - Deliver new store openings and tech rollouts on time and within budget - Partner with Operations, Finance, and HR to align tech with business goals Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of IT experience (3 years in multi-site retail or F&B) - Hands-on experience with restaurant POS, inventory, and network systems - Strong skills in M365/Google Workspace, endpoint management, and backups - Excellent communicator with vendor, budgeting, and leadership experience - ITIL or PMP certification is a plus If you join us, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment that values great food, fast decisions, and a culture that blends proven methods with practical innovation.
