About the role
We are hiring for a NOC Engineer role for our client, a technology company. Key Responsibilities Monitor network and system infrastructure 24x7 for performance and availability Identify, triage, and escalate incidents as per defined runbooks Perform first-level troubleshooting for network and server alerts Maintain incident logs and prepare shift handover reports Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve critical outages Support proactive monitoring improvements and alert tuning Required Skills Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds) Basic Linux/Windows server troubleshooting skills Strong incident management and documentation skills Willingness to work in rotational shifts Good communication skills for escalation handling Good to Have CCNA certification Experience with cloud monitoring (AWS CloudWatch) Exposure to ITIL processes About the Opportunity This is a full-time, permanent role with excellent growth prospects.
