Senior Project Engineer

Role & responsibilities About the Role : Senior Project Engineer with hands-on experience in machine vision applications. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of machine vision projects Understand customer requirements and design appropriate machine vision solutions. Configure, program, and integrate machine vision systems, cameras, lenses, lighting, and related hardware. Conduct feasibility studies, POCs, system testing. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients Perform on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of machine vision solutions. Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, technical manuals. Provide technical training/support to customers and internal teams. Ensure timely project delivery with high quality and safety standards. Preferred candidate profile BE in Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical / Computer Science. Strong knowledge of machine vision cameras, optics, lighting, and industrial automation. 4-5 years of hands-on exp in industrial machine vision systems. Experience with vision software/platforms (e.g., Cognex, Keyence, Halcon, OpenCV, etc.). Good understanding of PLCs, industrial communication protocols, and automation systems (preferred). Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and project management abilities.
