Technical Support Executive Location: Zirakpur VIP Road Salary: Up to 40,000/month Experience: 12 Years Shift: US Shift Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off) Work Mode: Work From Office Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound technical support calls from US customers.Troubleshoot computers, printers, routers, and related devices.Diagnose and resolve technical issues.Provide excellent customer support.Requirements: 12 years of Technical Support experience.Experience with computers, printers, routers, or similar devices.Excellent English communication skills.Comfortable working in US shifts.Note: Only experienced Technical Support candidates will be considered. Freshers are not eligible.
