Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - 8-10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with strong expertise in incident response, threat management, cyber resilience, or security operations. - Proven experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating cyber tabletop exercises, wargames, and incident response simulations. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and industry standards, including NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Resilience Index (CRI), and related best practices. - Demonstrated experience in information security risk management, security audits, control assessments, and risk evaluation methodologies. - Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and technical writing skills, with the ability to translate complex security concepts for technical and executive audiences. - Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional and global teams, influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes without direct authority. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with expertise in incident readiness, operational resilience, and continuous process improvement. - Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GCFA, CEH, CySA+, or equivalent cybersecurity credentials are highly preferred. - Prior experience working within global, matrix-managed organizations, with the ability to coordinate cybersecurity initiatives across multiple regions and business functions.
