Java Fullstack Developer

Job Description : Job Title: Java Fullstack Developer Experience: 2.5-4.5 Years Qualification BE / B. Tech / M. Tech - Computer Engineering Role & Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include: Collaborate with business stakeholders across HR, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Communications, and Project Portfolio Management to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications in production environments, including UI development, backend APIs, database management, monitoring, and incident resolution. Build and support data access layers, SQL queries, and system integrations while troubleshooting and resolving end-to-end data discrepancies with cross-functional teams. Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, operating procedures, and runbooks to support operations, audits, and compliance activities. Communicate technical concepts, architectural decisions, and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Perform root-cause analysis for application, integration, and data issues, coordinating resolutions with internal teams, vendors, and support partners. Coordinate delivery activities across India- and U.S.-based teams, managing risks, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder communication. Support SaaS product evaluations, vendor demonstrations, fit-gap analysis, and build-versus-buy assessments by documenting requirements and proof-of-concept findings. Contribute to internal applications and developer tooling by writing secure, maintainable code, unit tests, and documentation using GitHub, GitHub Copilot, and established development standards. Assist in the responsible adoption of AI-enabled solutions by documenting AI use cases, evaluating Microsoft Copilot and vendor AI capabilities, and supporting governance, security, and compliance reviews. Qualifications Hands-on experience developing and supporting applications in modern full stack environments, including backend services/APIs using Java and/or Python and frontend interfaces using React or similar frameworks. Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases for application development, data analysis, troubleshooting, and data validation activities. Good understanding of data security principles, technology controls, and regulatory/compliance requirements within enterprise production environments. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and prompt-driven AI capabilities, with practical exposure to leveraging AI-assisted development tools preferred. Ability to create, analyze, and maintain system interface specifications, data mappings, and end-to-end business process flows. Basic knowledge of software architecture concepts, including APIs, microservices, databases, authentication/authorization mechanisms, logging, and monitoring within distributed systems. Exposure to application development patterns such as RESTful APIs, authentication fundamentals, and SQL query optimization in Java- and Python-based applications. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, and production deployment/support processes following software quality best practices. Working knowledge of Git-based version control systems such as GitHub, along with experience using IDEs, command-line tools, and GitHub Copilot for Java, Python, React, and SQL development while adhering to secure coding standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
