Job Description : Job Title: .Net Fullstack Developer Experience 7.5-8 Years Qualification BE / B. Tech / M. Tech - Computer Engineering Role & Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include: Participated in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Designed, developed, deployed, and maintained scalable applications, platforms, and infrastructure aligned with evolving business requirements. Led the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise applications, reusable components, and application frameworks. Developed and integrated RESTful APIs and SOAP web services for seamless communication with internal and external systems. Designed and implemented batch processing jobs and Windows Services for automation and scheduled business operations. Provided technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews to junior developers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing. Performed unit testing, debugging, and application validation to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with security standards. Investigated and resolved production issues within defined SLAs, ensuring high application availability and reliability. Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality software solutions. Followed established engineering processes, coding standards, and Agile methodologies to deliver robust and maintainable software. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 8-10 years of full-stack application development experience. Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core (.NET 6/7/8), ASP.NET, and Entity Framework/EF Core. Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and enterprise web applications. Proficiency in MS SQL Server and/or Oracle, including database design, development, and performance optimization. Experience deploying and managing web applications using IIS (Internet Information Services). Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or ReactJS. Experience leading, mentoring, and supporting technical teams in delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions. Familiarity with API Gateways, system integrations, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD practices. Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and modern software development tools and methodologies. Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with banking or financial services domain experience preferred.
